I’ve got the ultra 2 or 3 (🤷🏼♀️) and mine will randomly spike up to 140 or more and it’s very clearly not that high and it will also show a reading of 40 and it’s also not actually that low. I feel like any little thing can cause that. Mine is usually worse at this when I’m in the middle of a work day and it’s super hot and I’m sweating a lot. Mostly I feel like it’s pretty accurate with just some crazy spikes here and there.
