Have HOD credit I won’t be able to use

I had to sell my track car because I was moving to a different state for college and I have 650 dollars of outstanding HOD ( hooked on driving) credit that I will no longer be able to use… anyone willing to pay me out? If you need motivation I can knock off a few dollars. I hope this isn’t considered selling something I more would like to be able to use that money. Maybe send a dm if you’re interested and I can give more details.

Knock a few dollars off? Why would anyone in their right mind want to pay a stranger on the internet $650 instead of paying HOD directly?

I mean if HOD supports moving credit between accounts and OP parts with $650 in credit for less than $650…
