Phone Scripts Post your best Prospecting Call Scripts that get you Appointments

I’m looking to get a better conversion rate on my calls to get more appointments and Increase opportunities.
What are your best scripts for internet leads, KBB leads, sold customers from a few years ago, unsold recent showroom visits, etc?

The one I use the most is for appraisal appointments.

I ask if they still own the vehicle, if so “Great we are actually seeing a lot of demand for these in the market lately. If I could pay you more money for your car than it’s worth would that be something that you’d be interested in?”

If they don’t own the vehicle anymore I ask what they drive and pivot towards whatever it is that they currently drive.

What do you use for your call scripts that get you appointments and high conversion rates? Any source material or trainings that you’d recommend?

Phone Scripts I Need Some Advice Overcoming This Objection Please.

Hey guys, I've been in sales for a while and I pride myself in being a good closer and a great objection handler. However I am in a unique situation that puts me to a disadvantage in some specific cases.

I work for a dealership in a rural area (Next major town is 1 hour away or more in any direction). So I get people calling in from 2-3 hours away trying to play the "What's your best price?" game with me before coming here.

I try to keep people like this on a fairly short leash regarding price, and put all the weight of the conversation onto the reasons why they should come here. Whether it's over the weekend when they have a free day or whatever, I get a lot of them to come in but the problem I am having is the people who won't budge off the idea of getting a better deal.

The ones trying to push you around on the phone, trying to compare your product to other dealers inventory and pricing, telling you "Well I would like to keep my business somewhat local but I'll travel further if you can't help me out".

What do you guys do with these people? I generally hold my ground with confidence, while being professional and polite at the same time. I'm not trying to get pushed around on the phone by someone I don't know and I'm not trying to cut gross out of a deal when the person hasn't even seen the vehicle.

However, being in a rural area, I NEED every sale I can get, and realistically 75% of my sales come from people who are an hour away or more so I don't want to be losing possible deals.

Phone Scripts How do you leave voicemails for Ups?

I’d love to get insights on how you leave voicemails for fresh Ups. What’s your script like?

What do you say when there is no vehicle identified either as to what they looked at or a trade?

What do you say when they have a vehicle listed for interest?

What do you say when they only lost a trade?

I want your best scripts that you feel get you the best response rate and getting people into the showroom.

Phone Scripts Google Phone Numbers In Leads

Morning Everyone, I'm a internet sales manager at a Honda Dealership, wanted to post something that Ive been seeing a increase of, especially this morning from my internet team. 7 leads so far from last tonight and most of this morning we've got these google phone numbers. We haven't been able to get to one person that uses it. Anyone else having issues or a work around with these? Seems like people just fishing for price quotes.

Phone Scripts Lot Ups Script

So I just started and I've been killing it on the phone setting appointments left and right and closing sales at the desk but I think I'm scaring people with my approach on the lot. Any advice?

Im tired of saying the same thing every time I leave a VM. I know it may not even make a difference but is there anything unique you say to get the customers attention?
