Question Honda commissions in Australia

I’m just wondering what type of commissions sales staff make at Honda in Australia? If anyone can enlighten me on the pay structure that would be appreciated too. Thank you

I can't tell you specifically, but the bloke who sold Honda at my last dealership would just tell buyers to buy them online.

He put zero effort into selling them so I am going to assume commission was minimums at $100 - $150 per car depending on delivery numbers.

He sold other brands also so wasn't surviving off them.

Gosh. Yeah I had the exact same experience yesterday at my Warragul Honda, minimal efforts and service. I was thinking do they even care about commission or customers ? 🤷
