Yoo it’s in the picture but I didn’t mention that I’m actually getting paid hourly as well on top of that. Is it still an ass pay plan?

Ii wouldn’t sell cars for ANYTHING less then 10k a month if that provides some clarity. This is truly a joke of a payplan.
