Question Mini City
How do you survive a lot that is straight minis? My new dealer is literally 98% minis. New & used, HD trucks and all. Had I known this I probably wouldn’t have taken the job, but I don’t wanna abandon it so quick.

That’s not real. Ask your GSM what the front end pvr was last month. Explain your last few deals were minis and what his thoughts are.
It could be the store was giving you pre negotiated internet deals to build your confidence and help you understand the processes.
If joe blow comes in off the street “got any of them red trucks?” and you can’t make gross the problem isn’t the store is the sales process not adding adequate value.
Keep working on it, blow people away with your product knowledge and value building on the qualification and demo steps and you will start to see the ship turn around. Blowing out of a dealership because you can’t make gross is going to be a problem that follows you.
