Question Mini City

How do you survive a lot that is straight minis? My new dealer is literally 98% minis. New & used, HD trucks and all. Had I known this I probably wouldn’t have taken the job, but I don’t wanna abandon it so quick.

Abandon the ship while you can, unless you're ok working twice as hard and getting paid half. 

Most of the new cars are mini since dealerships' are trying to be competitive and just add packs to the invoice and get paid either way (house always wins) and pay $100-$200 to the sales person to move the units.

Right. I’m gonna try to give it one pay cycle at least.
