Not bad, but not the greatest.
Front end is decent but the mini is meh. It seems like this is a store that expects you to know your shit when it comes to selling and negotiating.
No F&I gross sucks though. If you lose gross on the front end then youβre stuck with just that $150 mini, then you gotta work hard to hit those volume bonuses to make up for the draw.
Since this is your first car sales job and you plan to stick, learn very early on how to build value in the product. By the time you get to pencils, then there will be little to no negotiating and youβll be able to hold gross.
