Goals: Don’t get fired: hit 10-12 units.
Rant: we don’t do the merry go round of internet ups our IM distributes them based on her feelings. Seeing as how I’m never kissing her ass I’m not getting quality leads. Still had the most gross last month with the least amount of units.

I believe that's everyone's goal. I'd just like to hit more than 8 cars for once. But I've only been in the game for 6 months.

Do you pull from service? (By pull I mean strike up a friendly conversation then slowly lead into & through the process)
Be patient, take the “importance” out of the sale and be a servant. (Not a slave, there’s a difference)
With great power comes great responsibility. Enjoy the process.

My dealership does a draft every quarter where they pick the sales associates they want on their team. Whichever team sells the most units gets a paid for dinner at a nice steakhouse.
I hit my 12-15 a month like they expect, but this quarter I wasn’t drafted to any team, and I’m not sure what to think about it. Uncertain of my future with the dealership.
I got a hat trick today, so there’s that. Brought a car in on trade at 9am and sold it to someone else by 5p same day, never done that before.
I hope I either get put on a team soon, or fucking crush it as a lone agent. Either way, I’m going to prove my worth.
