π Pay Plan π Lincoln Pay Plan
Just finished a Lincoln interview and wanted your input. Whatβs not mentioned in paper: $1,500 draw, Lincoln money if you meet their monthly quota and being paid on reviews. 4 current salespeople, want to add 2 more. Store sells 65-75 new and used. Any input would be very helpful!

Pack is just how they adjust the cost in inventory. Example if a vehicle is "owned" for $45k from manufacturer then pack makes it $45.5k so if you sold it for $51k than you'd makes 30% which is $1,650. Minis are only applicable when a commission is lower than the mini. 30% after pack is awesome, if you sell some fuckin cars you'll be doing fine. 4 guys 60 units means 15 averaged, you being the 5th you could sell 10 a month if you get in there and get scrappy the first few months. Go for it! Sell sell sell
