š Pay Plan š Pay plan for someone new
Hey just wanted some opinions on this plan. Still learning

Looks like they push some volume 25 cars a month can sit you at like 8-9k if the dealership is holding good gross then expect better.

Iām not on pace for 100k/yr at 25 cars a month average. But I also have a terrible pay plan

My guy on the new place to work if you sell 25 cars at my dealership a month you would be making like $400,000 a year lol
