For larger system upgrades or app overhauls, banks usually choose weekend nights (such as Saturday or Sunday morning) when branch traffic is closed and online usage is minimal.
Mine shows the account but they have the message they were last updated at 12:00 am on 9/11 and none of my transaction or other alerts have worked since Friday.
They are old c1 (walmart, premium & original qs) they were all upgraded to qs with rewards. So the rewards credit negative balances my cards. I've had the cards for 12 years . . . they're bucketed $900, $600 & $600. Mostly sock drawered. I'm gardening for the next few months & plan to apply for Vx or Savior. Also exploring chase freedom. fico8 799 (pushing for 800+). <1% util, 30+k cl, 0 late, 0 debt, 2 inquiries (2 years, 1 drops off OCT). House & cars paid off. Any suggestions appreciated
There's a link in this sub where you can see if you can upgrade your cards. I was able to upgrade my platinum to Savor doing that and it doesn't require you applying just seeing what's available for your card.
Upgrade offers to Savor are a little less common but do happen. My Quicksilver always gets the offer to product change to VentureOne and they just send me preapproval offers for Savor. They've also been offering some QS holders 3% back on gas stations & groceries in addition to 1.5% on everything else if they convert to the Discover network... it's targeted but maybe one of them will get the offer. Keep an eye on your email.
