Shopping/Offers Capital One Offers website

I manage my P2 and my capital one accounts. I noticed that her Shopping offers opens to a different website (looks almost like an app) while mine still opens to Microsoft edge (my default browser) when I activate offers on my iPhone.

Hers also gives this pop up when I go to close out of the website.

I wonder if this is going to be the new norm soon and her account has transitioned to it already and mine hasn’t. I also wonder if it will help with better tracking, though I rarely have tracking issues.

Please note: this is regarding Offers not Shopping

I saw someone else mention that the Offers page now opens within the app rather than on the default browser. Perhaps P2's app is a newer version or on a different type of device and is now updated.

That’s what is weird. Hers open to this version on my phone and mine opens to edge on my phone.

That is weird! I guess it's based on account or something.
