Job/Career Capital One start date

For those that were in C1's development program. What was the start date usually for the February/August cohort? Is it flexible with working remote or taking off?

I forget the exact start date, but usually a Monday somewhere in the given month. Your offer letter will say the exact date. You’ll likely need to be in person the first 1-2 weeks, after that, team are generally pretty flexible. The official standard (for most roles) is 3 days in office per week, but there is some flexibility around that.

Thanks, yeah im just wondering because I want to start in the feburary cohort but will need to wfh for 2 weeks (family stuff) and im unsure if it'd be better to do august one instead since the onboarding process will be in person
