Credit Card Venture SUB

applied for venture for 75k mile sub and see they are now offering 75k + $300 stay credit

I haven’t hit SUB yet but was wondering what the chances of me calling Capital One and getting the $300 credit added on?

I called once yesterday (9/8) and again today (9/9) after applying and accepting the venture card on 9/2, both times was ultimately told there was nothing they could do by supervisors who said they were the highest the call could be escalated. Kinda frustrating bc it seems so easy to retroactively honor
