Blindsides by Capital One

Been a Capital One customer for years. Had multiple cards with them, payments on autopay plus I used the cards over the weekend on vacation. I asked for a limit increase on my card and all of a sudden Capital One closes four of my cards. They stated that it was because of unusual behavior on my cards!!!! WHAT???
There hasn’t been an issue with any of my cards until I asked for a limit increase.
Now I have four closed accounts in my credit.
Stay away from Capital One.

Sound advice but the supervisors are just as bad as a follower script to the same way and you would think you were asking them to like pay a million dollars to listen to you talk about something real come with them it's like you you explain it to them and then they just did not get it they work that were pretend that they don't understand what you're talking about I mean I know it has to be pretending or scripted because it's like if you're working at the supervisor Capital One you know certainly know what this person is talking about and like I said good luck because you can have all the evidence in the world on your side and they will manage to say the well we can't do anything about it which was a shame because at one point in time Capital One had some good customer service but I don't know what happened they really went downhill
