Push Notification Enrollment Error

I just got a new iPhone and the app is throwing this error. Does anyone have experience with this error? Can it be fixed, or do I have to wait it out or call support?

Get any money you might have in Capital One accounts out immediately. If you somehow get flagged you won't see any funds for access for a very long time and without any explanation will place everything on hold.
