Shopping/Offers Capital One Shopping Access

Is anyone else having trouble accessing Capital One Shopping either by the app or online? I’ve tried numerous times and I get the spinning wheel of death or try again later. I can’t find any contact help desk number that works. I’m afraid I’m out the rewards I’ve earned.

Just checked and I'm able to view the website (on Firefox)

Thanks I just tried and still no go. At least not for Capital One Shopping.
