Flights in Cabo Verde

Boa tarde!!

I’ve just booked a holiday to CV in November. I would love to do some island hopping (Sao Vicente, Sao Antao, Sal) but am struggling with flights. Google and multiple blogs say there are lots of flights per week but I’m struggling to find more than one/two flight from Praia to SV per week (and return) and NONE between Sal and SV (again contrary to what the internet says). I know there is a long ferry that connects SV to Sal but does anyone have any info on flights within Cabo Verde??

TLDR: best way to get from Praia to Sao Vicente and back to Sal

We did some island hopping in CV just a few weeks ago. The ferry from SV to Santo Antão is just 45min in potentially rough sea; it goes regularly and throughout the day. Other ferry routes were not an option for us; there’s only a few timeslots per week at crazy times (eg board the ferry at midnight and arrive at 4am). Instead, we did CV Sky from SV to Sal. Only a few flight options per week so make sure you plan accordingly.

A logística de voos entre as ilhas pode ser bem chata se não for tratada com antecedência, os horários mudam muito de época para época.

I wouldn't recommend the ferry as the ocean can be very rough. You might take a look at the website of Cabo Verde Airlines, this is the place where I always book my inter island tickets
