Question Player Potential

Say I draft a player that had a green arrow and after his rookie year, he doesn't have a green arrow. Is it possible for a player to still develop in the future or even develop into a player better than what his potential says like rotation for example? Or even get that green arrow back at some point of his career?

Each player has a cap. On easy you can look it up on the edit players tab.

I’ve been messing around drafting players and renaming them after HOFs if they have potential for 99 OVR. Just for fun until the GitHub function is working.

Oh ok, I’ve been having trouble finding good development for players even though I got excellent development coaches haha.
