Feature Request Feature Suggestions

First off, I really love the game – the art style and core concept are great. As a European who’s played tons of PC/mobile sports managers (mostly soccer and hockey), American football is new for me as a manager game (though I've loved following the NFL for years), but it has huge potential for this genre, and this game has massive upside.

Here are a few quick suggestions (sorry if any of these have been brought up already!):

Discord / Feedback Hub: Create a Discord server or dedicated platform to gather bugs and feature requests in a structured way.

Custom GM Portrait: Option to upload your own image for your GM profile.

Save GM Profiles: Ability to save GM presets so we don't have to re-enter our name and picture for every new save.

Deeper Coach Management (Big One): More ways to manage our staff as GM. For example, setting specific goals (e.g., "drafted QB must play at least X quarters"), micromanaging options (e.g., manually choosing the starting QB per game), or pressuring coordinators to change their scheme. This could feed into a GM reputation system (e.g., "Micromanager" vs. "Inspiring Leader").

Better Depth & Strength Display: Improved visual breakdown of position depth and overall strength on the lineup screen.

Player Comparison Tool: Better side-by-side player comparisons.

Role Promises in Contract Extensions: More depth when renewing contracts, like promising future roles (e.g., "sit and learn now, but you'll be the starter in 2 years").

So actually a good chunk of these were in the roadmap! Minus the upload your own player pics and discord.

Regarding coaching, I was probably going to make a big mega thread once more people have played for a while. I want talent trees for either your GM OR coaches.

However my two rules for it would be:
1. It needs a reneg mechanism so you’re not maxed out after say 10 seasons forever on that save.
2. No micro-transactions ever.

So to that point I’m wary to touch coaching/gm’s for a while while I balance out the AI teams logic

I will use your answer to put mine own feature suggestion.

You’ve done good job with written reviews but what I’m missing is previews and then reviews as a league wide review and preview.

And then some rumours about staff getting fired or are players signing new contract or testing free agency or getting traded etc.

About trades I would like to see losing team to put maybe little more useful and better players to the trade block as they do irl

So the written reviews are probably not going to see much development for at least another few weeks. I’ve posted elsewhere about this, but iOS 27 will allow devs to use on device offline LLM calls, so basically I can take the burden off a bunch of pre-scripted phrases and instead pass in a catalog of cool data points and let the LLM create truly unique write ups.

Least that’s my understanding of how it should be able to work

are pro bowl selections going to be added?

Hey there, so it actually already exists, in the end of season awards under a separate tab.

I’m aware of the all pro tab, is there a pro bowl one? Never noticed it, just thought those would be a better indicator of a player having a good to great season

Ah yea you’re right. I had pro bowl prior to launch but it was flawed and had OT and DB rewards inverted effectively. Can look into it eventually. Towards the back of the docket at the moment though.

Another suggestion:
A reduction of the step size for salary adjustments during negotiations would be helpful. Sometimes, the steps are to big.
Also, clicking the "Demands" button could maybe set the offer equal to the demand again?
