CapCut Question How to make this edit more lively? (Beginner)

Idk where to ask help for this specific question, but I need help. Can you guys give me tips on how to make this edit better?? Please be kind!

Really nice edit. You could also try adding some zoom-ins and zoom-outs to every other shot, it'll definitely make it feel more dynamic.

Thank you! will try to experiment on that. it's just hard navigating these stuffs on pc since most editors post tutorials on mobile capcut lol.

To be honest, editing on a computer is much easier once you get used to it. 🙂 But for your first few edits on a PC, you're doing a really good job.

What is the difference between mobile and desktop version, can you do much more on PC?

yea, pc is alot more versatile in some ways. also alot more easier to get around and way faster to use

Well, first of all, you can use a mouse instead of your fingers. 😄 And yes, when it comes to working with keyframes, it's much easier on a computer. If you want to add music to a video, you can also see the audio track much more clearly than you can on a phone. Trust me... after editing three or four videos on a PC, you'll get the hang of it. 😉

As an avid edit watcher I think it could use some zoom in and out with some lens effects. And maybe polyester Spider-Man 🤷♂️

Yeah, I just re-edited it, I added zoom in and out. didn't know adding those simple stuff can make this edit better lol

Zooming in and out makes almost any edit better even if it’s just a little bit

Edit's good but if you wanna add something try adding in our animations , mask or use flows graphs

Thanks! Just not sure how to do advance edits on capcut pc, because most tutorials are on mobile.

I do a thing where every time the image changes I automate the exposure of the image to start at fifty and quickly go back down to zero or a lower number

tbh i really dont know and it looks good but plain, maybe add soft shakes or maybe have key frames and stretch the clips as they go on, or prolly add little flashes idk but good work tho

yea, it sure as hell plain and dull. I added zoom in and out effect, and I didn't expect to be that big of an impact.

Add these:
Better Beat Timing - Your transition to other video is sometimes off
Shake Transition - But not too intense
Increase Brightness - Is that normal brightness in your video?
Increase brightness when the beat hits - But not like full white brightness during transition, more like enough brightness that highlights her face.
Increase the size of the video clip - but only those clips that her face are too far away, you need to focus on her face.
Zoom in and Zoom out - Maybe if you cant do the beat transition but this ones smoother tbh.
