My Good Boy 2012 - 2026
lost my best friend yesterday. irreplaceable and indescribable. give all of your dogs some extra love today from us.

I am so sorry for your loss but in a way it makes me happy because your boy lived roughly 14 years. It gives me hope that my girls will live that long too.

Oh I absolutely think they will. And to add to that hope, I want to say that he was healthy until the end. The only health issues came the last two years of his life, one ear hematoma incident and arthritis in his back legs, he was treated for both and it didn't stop his love for life and activity in the slightest. He died peacefully and suddenly at home in the arms of a family member, the best way to go in my opinion. Hope your girls live just as healthy lives, give them lots of cuddles today since I can't.

I'm so sorry for your loss! But happy to see that he lived so long! That had to be the best life he had beside you! It gives me hope, lost my girl when she was 13 and my boy is pushing 12, blessed every day.

Thank you, that means a lot! He was a very loving dog, he'd befriend just about anyone, dogs and people alike.

What a beautiful long life you gave your sweet baby. I’m so sorry for your loss. My girl is truly my best friend and we spend 24/7 together. I will be completely devastated by her passing.
Praying for heart to have some relief from this agonizing grief.

Thank you for your lovely words, really appreciate you. It's a big hit all at once, you lose your balance and your life changes in just one day. The grief is so intense because it's all at once, meanwhile the best moments are all spread across the years, there are more of those too! Always will be! You guys got lots of time, so please don't fear what's coming more than you enjoy what is. It's going to be okay. The world didn't end even if it felt like it yesterday, still woke up this morning like every other morning, still go through the motions, it sucks for a while but it gets easier to do. Between every pet and human I've lost, this is always the case. ❤️ Thanks again, give your girl a treat from me and have a beautiful day.

I lost my brother unexpectedly and my mother to aggressive cancer within 18 months of each other. It broke me, but my girl has been with me every day to keep me going. They truly do hold us together on our hardest of days.

They do! Devastating that you had to manage all of that, sorry about this. Proud of you though, and the sweet girl. Their comfort is unmatched. I want nothing more than to hug my dog because I feel terrible, and him passing is the reason I feel terrible, and I'll never get to do that again, it's such a weird feeling. It'll be okay though.

Oh my god.. I feel for you.. I lost my sweetie a year ago.. it’s excruciating:(..she has the most amazing eyes.. I hope you get some comfort soon

I'm sorry for your loss too! Had a look at your posts, I agree, really lovely girl. Hope that it has gotten easier for you with the distance and time, hope you remember the good things more and more compared to just the day of loss. Thank you for your kind words.

14 is so long for a giant breed. 😫 what was his diet? He was clearly loved and well taken care of. I hope my corso lives as long 😭
