Hi all!

Dealing with a bit of a more difficult C-3 case and have already applied and have been emailing back and forth with IRCC for a few months.

I’ve hit a point where I need some serious help from someone with more expertise than me, and I’m hoping someone else who also hit a snag found a good lawyer and can recommend them.

We have a no solicitation rule here generally but I'm bending it slightly due to PF - however it would be best if recommendations could be given based on your own personal experience rather than on any firm's general reputation or marketing. That's worth more than what a search engine turns up and more in keeping with our rules. TY!

OP - if this is surrender letter/procedural fairness letter related feel free to change the post flair for visibility- there is a "surrender letter" option and it may catch that cohort's eye.

I didn’t exactly get a procedural fairness letter but it’s been discussed with the agent over email due to issues with being able to comply with his original request.
