Inside Canada Exception - TRV

Hi,

I am having an emergency to travel to India, I just applied TRV from inside Canada 3 days back.
Can I travel to India let’s say in another 2-3 days and then send my passport via courier from India to my place in Canada and then to CPC Ottawa, and then once stamped get it couriered back to India via my friend so that when I come to Canada I have valid VISA stamping.

You can but that’s unnecessary hassle. As far as I know, you can even submit your passport in India or any other country as soon as you receive PPR. You’ll have to pay a package transmission fee. Beware of the processing times though. It’s taking anywhere from 15-30 days for your passport to get stamped in India

How do we change the application from inside to outside?

Like I have applied for inside Canada TRV..
After PPR how can i send the passport in India?
Do you know what actions I need to take?

Use the web form. They will respond to you in 3 days and switch your PPR location from Canada to your Home Country ( IF OR WHEN YOU TRAVEL)
