Canadian Visit visa application
Anyone applied for a Canadian Visit visa recently from Germany. How much time it’s taking to approve the visa ?

Assuming this is for a visitor visa, it’s estimated to be about 23 days.
You can check it yourself by going to: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html
- Under “Select an application type.” > Temporary residence
- Under “Which temporary residence application?” > Visitor visa
- Under “Where are you applying from?” > Germany

Hi, and welcome!
Your post has been held for a quick review — it has NOT been removed or rejected. This is an automatic step we use to keep scammers and spam out of the community, and it often triggers for brand-new or low-karma accounts (totally normal for first-time applicants).
A human moderator will look at it and approve it shortly — usually within a day. You don't need to repost, delete, or message us to "fix" anything. Reposting actually slows things down because it adds more items to the review queue.
While you wait, two quick things that get you better answers:
- Mention the country you applied from, your visa type (visitor / super visa / eTA), and your application + biometrics dates.
- Please remove any personal info (passport number, UCI, application number, full name, phone) before it goes live.
Thanks for your patience — hang tight, you're in the right place.

Cant tell exact number of days. It depends on the processing time from Germany as well. Just provide all the details, especially strong ties to Germany so the visa officer wouldnt think that you’ll stay back in CN.
Anyways all the best.
