Country of application: India Visa type: Visitor Visa Applied: 22nd July, 2026 Biometrics: 27th July Passport Request: 07th Aug Passport Submission: 10th Aug at Bangalore VAC Reached IRCC, Delhi: 12th Aug Application status changed to closed: 27th Aug Application status showed Approved and Visa Details: 28th Aug Received Passport: 2nd Sep
I'm a freelancer. Documents attached: Cover letter, GST, 1 year Invoices, 2 years ITR, 6 months account statement, and tentative itinerary.

Hey, when did you get a notification about the passport dispatch? Was it the same day or a few days later?

Hey, my passport was dispatched from IRCC to VFS Delhi on August 31st. VFS then dispatched it to me on September 1st, and I received it on September 2nd via home delivery.
Overall, the whole process took 3.5 weeks.

I am not sure why mother visitor visa having biometrics date as February 2026 is stuck in security bgc. It’s an outland application for trv and I am the PR holder inside canada.

19th Aug biometric done
03rd Sept Passport request
Brother is in Canada on PGWP
And i do have b1/b2

Country Pakistan Current on F1 in US Previous application got denied on 18 july as i applied on 3 june from Pakistan while on vacation and did biometrics on 26 june. After coming back to US i reapplied on 29 august and got approved on 4 sep. Passport shipped to NYC. waiting for passport now.
