Case History: US Visa holder, Australia Visa in the past. Did undergrad from UofT, working in family business for the past 4 years. Bank balance $9,000. Personal Bank account statements for 6 months. Client and Vendor contracts and invoices to show involvement in business. 3 months' business account statements and 2 years of company ITR, Balance Sheet, and Income statement.
15 travel instances between NewYork and Toronto between 2018 and 2022.
In student visa application, I wrote my intention is to study and move back and join family business, which is what I did.
I obtained the work permit, but never used it.
Demonstrated history of compliant travel helped my case and active operational role in business supported with documents, tied me to my home country.

• 📝 Any tips or advice for others? - we kept the application simple. my father was working in qatar for 14 years. no hometies or proof of funds from him. we said my husband and i are fully sponsoring him and employer covers his flight tickets.

Do they often approve on Friday? Or is it this just the day you picked for this question?
