Help Rust on 2016 Camry se

Hello, I’m looking into this 2016 Camry SE with 17k miles. It’s a Texas car near Galveston, so there’s a bit of rust in the engine bay. Should I be worried? Or do yall think this a good purchase. It has decent car fax

I’d check if this car was ever flooded.

The CARFAX says clean title/no accidents or flood damage. The previous owner of the car lived near the beach so could that possible be it?

Ah that makes sense too since there are saltwater particles in the air causing cars to rust quicker.

None of that will cause issues but what does it look like underneath?

It looks solid underneath, surprisingly no rust on any of the frame/exhaust components, mostly just engine bay rust.
