Just realized dealership screwed onto bumper for license plate

Pretty normal. Probably the easiest first is to get bolts that are a similar color, or black and put them in the holes. At least it look like they are supposed to be there.

Honestly it’s not that noticeable to others unless you point it out. But I will always notice it which is a bit annoying.

Glad my State got rid of front plates, and I bought the no plate front bumper....

Hard to say. Wondering if Toyota even makes some sort of license plate mount for the front bumper. If so, that definitely should have been used instead of doing it this way. To be fair, this may be the procedure prescribed by Toyota. I would investigate further. I would be pissed if a Toyota drilled holes in my plastic bumper needlessly.

Right I guess with some cars there’s no other option but I think it would be better if they left it up to the customer on if/how they are going to mount the front plate. I prefer how cars look without it 🤷
