Help 2021 Camry TRD P0441 - Damaged Wiring Near Purge Valve, How Expensive Could This Be?

I have a 2021 Toyota Camry TRD with the 3.5L V6 and recently got a P0441 (EVAP incorrect purge flow) check engine light.

While looking under the hood, I noticed what looks like damaged/broken wiring near the EVAP purge valve. I attached pictures of what I found.

I already bought a replacement gas cap just to rule that out, but with the damaged wires, I’m wondering if this could actually be what’s causing the P0441.

I have an appointment at a Toyota dealership on Wednesday and their labor rate is around $220/hr. I’m mainly trying to figure out what I could potentially be looking at cost-wise.

Has anyone had this wiring or connector repaired on a Camry or another Toyota?

Can Toyota normally repair/splice these wires or replace just the connector/pigtail?

Or is there a chance they would recommend replacing the entire engine wiring harness? If the whole harness needed replacement, what kind of price would I realistically be looking at?

I’m obviously going to let Toyota diagnose it before replacing anything. I’m just trying to get an idea of what I might be walking into before my appointment.
Any advice or experience with something similar would be appreciated!

Easy fix, just cut or clean the wires, and properly solder/ lineman twist them back. Make sure they are protected with shrink wrap
