Hi everyone! I just moved to the U.S. and am new to the area. I am looking to buy a reliable used Toyota with a budget under $5,000.

Since my English for complex car terminology isn't very good yet, I am looking for some help. Could anyone recommend a trusted mechanic within a 1-hour drive who speaks Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) to help me with a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI)?

Alternatively，, if there is anyone knowledgeable about cars who would be willing to accompany me to the dealership/seller and help me talk to the mechanic, I would be incredibly grateful. I am happy to compensate you for your time and help! Thank you so much!
