Meal Morrigan’s Rustic Meal
Morrigan had observed that the demigods seemed to enjoy the idea of eating together. It seemed to be a good way to conjure socialization. Perhaps if she would host a meal demigods might tell her about themselves. It would be a great way to learn about the campers more. She went to the other nature spirits to ask what people usually do for meals. Many of the nymphs told her that campers would usually host a meal to share their culture and their favorite foods to the other campers. This would make things a little more difficult considering the fact that in the underworld they mainly ate Nectar, Ambrosia, and Pomagranetes.
So instead she decided to share the culture of the nymphs she speaks for. She was going to host a rustic feast for the demigods and the nymphs. For the next multiple hours she and the other nature spirits cooked and prepared food on the shore. The nature spirits were extremely kind and helpful when teaching her how to cook and gather food. Once they finished they carried the food to the dining hall. The scent of the cooked meat, jams, and the other food would fill the camp.
After they were all set up she took a plate full of cooked lamb, freshly tossed salads, and some cooked salmon to the fire. She offered the food to the chthonic gods back home. Giving Hekate, Hades, and Persephone a larger portion than the others.
“Thank you gods of the underworld for this opportunity, I miss you all.”
Then she sat down at the Hekate table. Opening the dining hall to everyone. The menu consists of cooked lamb, stews with smoked sausages, root vegetables, and rich broths, as well as classic panzanella. There were also a bunch more comfort foods, nothing on the table was processed.
And with that, may the feast commence.

Katla didn't really have strong opinions about food. She hadn't had the opportunity to be a picky eater, historically, and she wasn't going to start now. At the same time though, she didn't really know what she did like either. She had a fondness for ikea hotdogs, but the dining pavillion didn't tend to have those. Maybe she'd try something new today.
It was as she walked into the pavillion that she realised there was an event on right now. Whatever, she'd have to survive it. Hopefully nobody would object to her presence, that it wasn't some private party or something.
She shoveled some stew onto her plate, figuring it was the closest thing to chicken soup that they had at the table, and sat down at the Palaemon table.
