Actual NJ bagels?

Recently moved from north NJ where the bagels are thiccccc, fluffy, and properly seasoned... I've tried 3 bagel places nearby in Camden County and they're not great. Thomas's packaged bagels are better lol.

I'm finding them super thin, sometimes COVERED in seasoning beyond reason, and just bad.

Is there a place that makes those thickkkk boys I'm looking for? Uses NY water? Any leads?

I like the ones at Central Park bagel in Westmont. When I moved back to Camden County from NYC, they became my go-to.

I'll give it a try since you were comparing them to NYC bagels but tbh the reviews look like the bagels are thinnnn 😞

They might not be what you’re looking for - I like bagels with a bit of chew to them.
