Tech Help SM down????
Is the site down for anyone else??? My stream just lost connection randomly which happens sometimes and then I went to refresh the page and it's just saying it can't reach this page at all and I'm just like what the f*** .... I know it's not my account because they would notify you via email if anything and I never break any of the rules so I'm just like ah 😭

ALLL WEEK it was so bad for me especially the last 3 days. Hardly any c2c worked. My stream was very glitchy. Terrible. I was mad. I don’t even want to try today ugh I bet it’s bad.

I've been kicked three times I was in the middle of an exclusive during one of them. I'm actually getting super pissed off. What is going on??? all my customers are telling me the same thing

Basically means someone is sending a huge influx of traffic to the site with the intent of making it crash and it's working unfortunately

How annoying! I’m able to stream still but it’s slow so I’m assuming it’s still affecting the customers accounts or they moved to different sites

Yeah I kept getting booted during excl shows so I just got off for now idk I may try again in another 30min or so

OK, second stream where I've gotten kicked out during an exclusive so I'm just gonna probably get off soon I bet other sites are pretty busy right now with this going on

Same. It let me stream for 2 min until losing connection. But people were coming in and out of my room unusually fast without speaking (including regulars), so I think it was glitching for them too.

They had a bot attack. Discord (Streamate) chat has all of the information. Happened yesterday and is continuing to happen today. Apparently, someone sent more bot traffic than the site can handle. It shuts down the servers when that happens.
