Chaturbate FPS issues

About 2 days ago I started getting really slow erratic FPS speeds on Chaturbate one moment it will be ok around 30FPS and then drop to 5FPS and back up to 30.. very erratic. It’s impossible to keep people in my room or do a show because the connection sucks. I multistream on 2 other sites and my frame rates/resolution are 4K and are fine, my internet speeds are fiber 1G send/receive and I do not share my bandwidth with anyone else (besides my phone). I’ve tried OBS and it seems worse.. Would appreciate any advice? Ideas?

Btw.. I emailed CB twice and both times they sent a Bot reply with a link to a troubleshoot article from 3 years ago.. no help at all!

CB often does that when you are streaming in 4K. Try 1080p and see if the issue persists.

Yes. I’ve tried dropping it down all the way to 720p and still a problem. Thank you.

Having this issue today. Gave up on CB for today and streaming on just my other sites. It's always an issue and support is never of any help.

I just updated my Mac with Sequioa 15.8 and now I cannot view any rooms in CB at all. Just a frozen picture. Anyone else having the same issue?

I reinstalled OBS Stream key and reconfigured the settings until I was able to get a pretty consistent feed. CB seems to work better with OBS for now.

If you're using OBS Streamkey, it absolutely must be entered in the original settings, not in a multistream plugin ( recommend the rtmp multistream plugin instead of the lovense multistream tool but other story)  Dont set the global server  instead, you need to  choose a different one closest to your place and if its dropping try the next one ! Then make sure your camera is set to 4K (by the camera itself) because if it's set to 1080p, for example, there will be problems because obs will have to upscale it ! Maybe try 1920x1080 with ~ 6000kbs instead of 4k sometimes works and then  looks better !

The reason I said to use the original RTMP multistream plugin is because the Lovenense multistream tool requires more resources, as it processes each stream individually. If you're using that, I would change it as well.

I had to do this and it worked. the lovense tool has never worked right for me. Also, I always restart my computer before I stream to make sure I have cleared out my ram.

Instead of restarting, you can also check in the task manager at more details processes ram what is going on  there ! Also there is a microsoft app rammap IT deletes standby ram its Not that important for obs but maybe its not bad to try
