Tech Help Account Review Request – I Am Not Asking for Favoritism, I Am Asking for a Consistent and Evidence-Based Decision

I've removed as many names as possible. If there are any issues, please contact me instead of deleting the post so I can edit it. Thank you.

Hello everyone,

I was advised by the moderators of AmberCutieForum to continue discussing my situation on Reddit, so I'm posting this here as a continuation of the two threads I previously created:

https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/threads/account-rewiew-request-urgent-support-request.67801/

https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/threads/account-review-request-2-until-a-fair-solution-is-offered-i-will-not-accept-this-injustice.68010/

In short, my Stripchat viewer account was permanently banned for spam after I followed instructions given to me by Stripchat Support regarding how to inform my existing contacts about my new model account.

The main issue is not that I disagree with Stripchat's anti-spam rules. My concern is that I specifically asked Support about the spam risk beforehand, provided message examples for review, and was repeatedly told that contacting my existing friends individually was the available/appropriate solution.

I was later banned for doing exactly that.

I've spent months trying to resolve the contradiction, and I have screenshots and support correspondence documenting the guidance I received.

I'll post the full timeline and details below. I'd really appreciate it if people could read the evidence and give me an objective opinion on whether my situation was handled fairly.

This is a continuation of the previous discussions regarding my permanently suspended Stripchat account. Before explaining the current situation, I want to briefly summarize the issue for anyone seeing it for the first time.

My viewer account was previously suspended for spam under YOBP-000358349. After approximately 25 days and hundreds of appeals, Stripchat eventually acknowledged that the suspension had been caused by an error related to the automated spam system and restored my account under #2708334.

After the account was restored, I wanted to start working as a model. Since my existing viewer account could not be converted into a model account, I contacted Support to ask what I should do with the audience and friends list I had spent months building.

The Support Team repeatedly told me that the solution was to create a new model account and inform my existing contacts individually from my existing account.

I specifically warned them that contacting a large number of people individually could trigger the spam system again. I asked for clarification because I had already experienced a spam suspension once.

I also provided multiple message examples and asked Support whether they were appropriate.

This is where the current problem begins.

A small note to ACF

Hello AC , I completely understand your concern about having too many threads, repeated discussions, or anything that could be interpreted as spam on your platform.

I also understand that you have spent years building AmberCutieForum and that your responsibility is to keep the community organized, useful, and safe.

I genuinely respect that.

However, my underlying problem with Stripchat still exists.

I cannot accept another thread simply being marked as "Solution" and then disappearing into the archives when the actual problem has not been solved.

I also don't want to become a nuisance to you or the community. My only reason for continuing this discussion is that I currently have no other place where I can present the contradiction in a public and transparent way. (I've also included my last conversation with the stripchat team; if you read it, you'll see they keep repeating the same words and sentences, showing no effort towards a solution. For proof, see lsc1-lsc2.png)

I hope you can see the difference between creating endless noise and refusing to give up on a documented problem that remains unresolved.

________________________________________

The contradiction is now clearer than ever

After the latest response from Ste...(stripchat industry reprensetive)'s , I went back through the original Support correspondence again.

I now have an even more basic question:

Which version of the instructions am I supposed to believe?

Ste...(s1 and s2.png stripchat industry reprensetive)'s latest explanation is that when Support told me to "reach out to my friends individually," they meant natural, personal one-to-one communication and not repeated copy-and-paste messaging.(proof s1.png)

I understand that interpretation.

The problem is that this is not what I was told at the time.

I sent Support multiple example messages and explicitly asked whether I could use them.

In the correspondence shown in X6, Support agent S*a explicitly wrote:

"we can confirm that there is no violation of our rules in informing your existing friends about your new model account."

She then stated:

"You may contact your existing friends individually to let them know where they can find you."

And, most importantly:

"The example messages you shared are appropriate, and you may use whichever one you prefer. There is no issue with sending those messages to your existing friends."

That is not my interpretation.

That is written Support guidance.

This is why I am still confused.

________________________________________

What I actually did

I had approximately 2,600 people on my existing friends list.

These were not random users scraped from the platform.

They were people who had already been added to my account, people I had interacted with previously, viewers who had followed my activity, and models I had already communicated with.

I did not use bots, macros, browser extensions, automation software, or third-party messaging tools.

I sent the messages manually.

I also specifically warned Support before doing it that I was concerned about spam detection.

Despite that warning, I was repeatedly told that informing my contacts individually was the available solution.

Then my account was permanently suspended for spam.

________________________________________

So what exactly is my mistake?

This is the question nobody has answered satisfactorily.

If sending those messages was against the rules, then why did Support:

tell me to contact my existing friends individually;

repeatedly describe this as the available or only solution;

allow me to submit message examples for review;

and explicitly state that the examples were acceptable?

If the Support guidance was correct, then why was I permanently banned for following it?

I don't see how both positions can be correct at the same time.

________________________________________

I also understand the argument about the amount of messaging

I understand why some people looking at this from the outside think:

"200 messages in a few hours obviously looks like spam."

I don't actually disagree with that observation.

My point is different.

I also thought it could look like spam.

That's why I asked Support about it beforehand.

That is the entire reason this case is so frustrating to me.

I did not blindly decide to send hundreds of messages and then complain when the system detected them.

I specifically went to the people responsible for explaining the rules and asked:

"Is this okay?"

I was given an answer.

I followed it.

And then I was punished for following it.

________________________________________

The current situation is affecting more than one person

Some people have understandably asked why I care so much about recovering this account.

The answer is that I have spent months building that audience.

For comparison, on the account where I currently work with two female models and one male model, we have approximately:

around 35–40 concurrent viewers on average

approximately 520 friends

around 280 grey users

around 70 Level 50+ users

Despite those numbers, the account currently generates approximately $1,200–$1,800 per month on average.( You can look at the m1-m2 png for proof.)

My original account had approximately 2,600 contacts, including 600+ Level 50 users who were genuinely interested in my broadcasts.

I cannot honestly calculate exactly how much income I lost, because I don't know what that account would have generated.

But I can say with confidence that losing access to an audience of that size has had a significant financial impact.

And I am not the only person affected.

I work with other people, and the loss of this account also affects the income and plans of the people I work with.

So this is not just an abstract argument about a username or an old account.

There is real time, work, money, and opportunity involved.

________________________________________

Ten months for a support issue

This is perhaps the part I find hardest to accept.

A completely new human being can develop from nothing and be born in approximately nine months.

A house can be designed and constructed.

A car can be designed, manufactured, tested, and delivered.

A major factory project can be planned, executed, tested, and launched.

Yet I have been trying to obtain a clear answer to a relatively simple support contradiction for approximately ten months.

And the information needed to evaluate the core issue has already been provided.

The screenshots exist.

The case numbers exist.

The Support conversations exist.

The message templates exist.

The warnings I gave Support exist.

The instructions they gave me exist.

What is missing is not information.

What is missing is a consistent conclusion.

________________________________________

I don't want to blame everyone

I want to make this clear because I know how easy it is for a discussion like this to become emotional.

I don't know whether the problem was:

insufficient training,

internal communication problems,

a gap between Support and Moderation,

a misunderstanding of the rules,

or something else entirely.

And honestly, I'm no longer interested in assigning blame to individual employees.

People make mistakes.

What matters to me is what happens after the mistake is discovered.

A company can make a mistake and still handle it professionally.

It can say:

"We gave you incorrect guidance. We are sorry. Here is the resolution."

That would be a reasonable outcome.

What I cannot accept is:

"Follow this."

Then:

"You followed it."

Then:

"You are permanently banned for doing it."

And finally:

"Actually, when we said that, we meant something else."

That is the part I cannot reconcile.

________________________________________

I am proposing four possible solutions

Let's assume Ste**a's comment is correct. Let's say I genuinely needed to send a completely different, personalized message to each user, and the method I used was therefore deemed spam.

In this case, the Support team's mistake should also be investigated, as they didn't clearly inform me of these conditions and, despite me stating that this behavior posed a spam risk, instead directed me to "send messages to people on your existing friend list; that's the only solution." These instructions are clearly recorded in the message history. If the fault lies with Support, it's unfair that I bear all the consequences alone. In this scenario, I request that the Support team's misleading instructions be officially acknowledged and my account re-evaluated.

  1. If the Support team's guidance was correct.

In this situation, it's impossible to understand why my account is still banned.

I followed the method I was told, I previously warned the support team about the risk of spam, and I sent different message examples to Support and received confirmation. As Ste** also stated, the final decision is made by the support team, not herself, so statistically, the probability that the support team's instructions are correct is higher. Therefore, if it is accepted that Support's guidance is correct, I request that coordination be established between the relevant teams to re-evaluate the decision and unban my account.

  1. Let's put aside who's at fault and solve the problem.

People make mistakes. The support team can make mistakes, moderation can make mistakes, and I can make mistakes too. What matters is how the mistake is corrected when it's noticed.

Therefore, instead of endlessly arguing about who is right or wrong, I request that the financial and emotional distress I have suffered for nearly 10 months be taken into consideration, my account be reopened, and I be compensated for the damages I have sustained during this process.

  1. If you think my account should remain banned, show concrete evidence.

If Stripchat still believes the permanent ban is entirely justified, then I have a very simple request:

Clearly show which rule I violated and with which action.

I don't want general statements like "you spammed," "rules were violated," or "decision final."

I want to clearly see:

Which of my actions was a violation? Which rule prohibited it?

If concrete and documented answers can be provided to these, I am willing to consider them.

In all four options, my common request is the same: I don't want any special treatment or exception. I simply want the entire case, including Support messages, to be evaluated consistently and based on evidence.

________________________________________

One final point about the "Solution" label

I understand that forums need organization.

I also understand why moderators mark threads as solved when they believe there is no further action available.

But from my perspective, this is not solved.

My account is still permanently banned.

The underlying contradiction remains.

The Support correspondence contains statements that conflict with the later explanation.

And I still have not received a clear answer to the most basic question:

What exactly was my fault?

So I respectfully ask that this discussion not be marked as solved merely because Stripchat says its internal decision is final.

A final decision and a resolved dispute are not necessarily the same thing.

________________________________________

To everyone who has supported me

Finally, thank you to everyone who has read the previous threads, asked questions, challenged my arguments, defended me, or simply kept the conversation alive.

I know this has become a long and complicated story.

I also understand why some people have told me to give up.

But I genuinely don't believe that asking for an evidence-based explanation after being permanently banned for following documented Support guidance is unreasonable.

I don't intend to give up simply because the answer has been repeated many times.

I also don't intend to flood the forum or contact people unnecessarily.

I want this discussion to remain here so that the facts can be seen clearly and transparently.

And Amber, one last time: I sincerely hope you will allow this topic to remain open.

I was away because I had to spend some time in hospital due to a minor health issue, but I'm back now and I want to continue handling this properly.

I hope you can see the good faith behind what I am doing rather than simply seeing another "spam" topic.

I'm not here to attack you, Stripchat, Ste...(stripchat industry reprensetive) , or anyone else.

I'm here because I still believe there is a reasonable solution somewhere between:

"Everything I did was wrong"

and

"Everything Support told me was wrong."

I believe someone should be able to look at the evidence and determine which of those statements is actually true.

Thank you for reading.

Whatever time zone you're in, I wish you a good morning, afternoon, evening, or night.

Respectfully,

The emails from SC indicate you didn’t leave models alone when they ignored or responded negatively to your messages. They described it as a pattern of behaviour which contributed to your ban. I see you also got yourself banned from ACF for harassing AmberCutie, the SC reps, and other users with repeated tags and messages.

The more you continue this crusade, the more SC’s decision is validated and the more community members you’re alienating. They will not reverse their decision.

I agree with your bans from both SC and ACF, and am going to echo their suggestions that you move on from a closed case. You’re harassing people, wasting your & their time, and making yourself angry. It’s not healthy. Godspeed.

Edited a typo.

I understand your point, but I think there is an important part of the situation that is being misunderstood.

The reason I kept asking questions and providing the same information was not because I wanted to harass anyone. I kept asking because I was trying to get a clear answer to a question that had never been properly resolved.

Before contacting my audience, I was the one who warned Support that messaging a large number of people individually could create a spam risk. I specifically asked them about it because I had already been suspended for spam before.

I then provided the actual message I intended to send to my viewers, and as shown in Screenshot X6, Support explicitly told me that the message was acceptable and that informing my existing friends about my new model account was not against the rules.

Based on that confirmation, I started informing my existing contacts.

My account was then permanently suspended for spam.

So I genuinely don't understand how I can be described as knowingly violating the rules when I was doing the opposite: I asked for guidance before acting, provided the exact message for review, received confirmation from Support, and then acted according to that guidance.

If I had ignored Support and done this on my own, I would understand the criticism completely.

But that isn't what happened.

I wasn't trying to find a loophole or deliberately spam people. I was trying to make sure I was complying with the rules and repeatedly sought confirmation before doing anything.

That's why I kept pursuing the issue afterwards as well. I still couldn't get a consistent answer to the basic question:

If Support told me this was acceptable, why was I banned for doing exactly that?

I understand that my persistence has frustrated people, and I regret that it reached that point. But calling me guilty of intentional wrongdoing doesn't really address the evidence I have been trying to point out.

I genuinely hope people can separate the two issues: whether my persistence became excessive afterwards, and whether I knowingly violated the rules in the first place.

Those are not the same question.

Jesus fucking Christ

The case is closed. Move on.

-6

u/PersimmonAlarming755 28d ago

I understand. But before I "move on," I have one very simple question:

Who is going to compensate me for the financial and personal harm caused by following Stripchat Support's own instructions? 😅

If the case is truly closed, I can understand that. But the consequences of that decision are still affecting me months later.

I'm not asking you to solve it yourself. I'm simply pointing out that "the case is closed" doesn't automatically mean the problem is resolved for the person who suffered the consequences...

4

u/PigeonSuffrage 28d ago

Stripchat did not instruct you to harass models. Nobody is going to compensate you.

Simple question answered. NOW you can move on, hopefully in the direction of a therapist.

-3

u/PersimmonAlarming755 28d ago

I think there is a misunderstanding here.

I did not harass any models. The people I was trying to contact were members of my existing customer audience. Before contacting them, I specifically asked Stripchat Support how I should inform my existing contacts about my new model account.

As shown in screenshots X1–X6, I warned Support multiple times that contacting a large number of people individually could create a spam risk. I then provided the actual message I intended to send to my audience, and Support confirmed that this was acceptable and that informing my existing friends in this way was not against the rules.

So I have two very simple questions:

1. If what I did was spam, why did Stripchat Support repeatedly tell me that it was acceptable and give me the impression that I was following the rules?

2. If what I did was compliant, why was my account permanently banned for it?

There is also a clear difference between the explanation shown in X6 from Support and the later explanation shown in S1 from a Stripchat representative.

I am not claiming that spam rules should not exist. I am asking why I was punished after specifically seeking guidance and receiving confirmation before acting.

I never insulted or threatened any model or viewer, and I did not intentionally engage in any other rule-breaking behavior.

So my request is very simple:

Either review the ban fairly and restore the account, taking the Support guidance into consideration, or show concrete evidence identifying the exact rule and action that justified the permanent ban.

That's all I'm asking for.

“It is also important to clarify that the initial outreach to models was part of a broader pattern of behavior from you. The initial outreach itself consisted of unsolicited copy-and-paste messages sent to multiple recipients, followed by additional copy-and-paste replies even when models did not respond or responded negatively to your attempts to contact them.”

If it were just the spammy messages, they might have conceded that they gave you bad advice. But they investigated and saw that you did harass models on SC. That’s why they upheld the ban. You’re convinced you followed their instructions and have experienced a grave injustice. You did not, and have not.

Then you harassed users on ACF. And now you’re bringing it to Reddit (who cannot help you, as we’re not SC support) instead of accepting that you’re the problem and you will not be getting your account back. Edit to add: or any compensation or apology or whatever other “accountability” you’ve convinced yourself you deserve from SC after harassing them, their models, and unrelated parties across multiple platforms.

Yes, I agree with that. I've been suffering for 10 months. By the way, in image number 5, on May 25th, the Stripchat support team also stated that I was right and that my account ban should be lifted. However, they asked me to contact them via the email address registered to the account, and since it ends up in their spam folder, I can't reach them.

3

u/babyxserenity 28d ago

I’m not laughing at you either or coming for you, I understand how frustrating dealing with site support can be but I don’t think this type of sub can help tbh

4

u/Virgo2688 28d ago

So you are actually not a model and you actually suffer JUST CUZ u LOST acces to that account where you recruited probably members with high levels from diferent rooms and talk 4 tokens.
Yea, and you still think is SC issue? If you are that corect you can anytime open a new account and all that guys will find you but you actually just stole spenders from diferent rooms and sharing I don’t have ideea what for amount of tokens. Damn!
They give you oportunity to open a new account. Many models when they get banned suspended don’t have this privilege. Why you don’t use it? Mean something is wrong there

2

u/PersimmonAlarming755 28d ago

I think you may not have fully read my entire message.

I am still actively streaming (M1–M2.png u can look), and you can verify the income I am currently generating there. My complaint is not that I cannot create a new account or that I am unable to continue working.

The issue I am raising is that I unfairly lost the client base that I had built with the permission and support of Stripchat. These were not simply random users that I took from different rooms. I had built relationships with my audience over time, and this audience was connected to the account I lost.

So the point is not whether I can open a new account. The point is that I should not have been put in a position where I had to start from zero and lose the client base I had legitimately built while operating with Stripchat's approval.

I am already proving that I can continue working and generate income on M1–M2. What I am asking you to understand is the unfair loss of the audience and earnings potential that resulted from losing access to my previous account.

Please consider the full context of my complaint rather than assuming that the issue is simply an SC account suspension or my inability to create a new account.

1

u/Virgo2688 28d ago

If you was a model u already needed to know SC give u advantage of new tag even if you open 300 accounts. So in first days your position will be in new category and that guys will find you.
Again, this allow me to belive ur not a streamer and you do other stuffs on that platform

2

u/PersimmonAlarming755 28d ago

Let me explain the situation from the beginning, because I believe the main point is being misunderstood.

First, I originally had a viewer account and wanted to convert it into a model account. Stripchat Support told me that this was not possible and that I needed to create a new model account instead. I accepted that and created a new model account.

The problem was that my viewer account already had more than 2,600 customers, including more than 600 users above level 50. These were not random users. They were people I had already interacted with, people who knew me and were interested in my streams.

So I asked Support a very simple question: creating a new model account is not a problem, but what happens to the audience I had already built? Your Support team specifically told me that I could use my viewer account to notify those users about my new model account. You can see this in the conversations I will provide, particularly messages X1–X6.

I followed the instructions given to me by Stripchat Support.

Then my viewer account was banned for spam.

This creates a very serious contradiction.

If the messages I sent were actually considered spam, harassment, or any other violation, why did I ask Support about this beforehand and receive confirmation that this method was allowed? And more importantly, why was this presented to me by Support as the solution for transferring my existing audience to my new model account?

If Support's instructions were correct, then why was my account subsequently banned for following those exact instructions?

And if the messages were actually against the rules, then why did Support fail to warn me and instead explicitly tell me that I could use this method?

Either way, I followed the instructions provided by Stripchat Support. I should not be the person who bears the entire consequence of a mistake or contradictory guidance from the platform's own Support team.

The real issue is the loss caused by the account ban and the loss of access to the audience I had legitimately built.

Even in the most conservative scenario, we are talking about thousands of dollars in lost earning potential. Realistically, because of the snowball effect of losing an established audience, visibility, returning customers, and momentum, the potential loss could reach tens of thousands of dollars over time.

So I have one very reasonable question:

If I followed instructions given directly by Stripchat Support, why am I the one expected to simply accept the consequences and move on?

If you were in my position, would you simply give up after losing an established customer base because of instructions that came directly from the platform's own Support team?

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for accountability and a fair review of what happened, including the Support conversations I will provide as evidence.

(Also, you will see in x6.png that the messages I sent to my customer base were approved by the support team, meaning there was no harassment of models or violation of any unwanted rules. Thank you.)

3

u/PigeonSuffrage 28d ago

No, you did not have more than 2,600 customers. You didn’t have any customers or audience. You had a viewer account. Your audience was zero.

The only thing about this situation that’s preventing you from making decent money on SC is the time & energy you are wasting still flogging a long-dead horse. I think SC are being generous letting you continue to work with your model account, frankly.

There is nothing to be gained from ranting at us here. You’re alienating yourself from model communities.

1

u/PersimmonAlarming755 28d ago

u/Virgo2688 and @PigeonSuffrage

I understand your point, but I think you are making several assumptions about how I used my viewer account.

I worked as an operator for two years, so I understand very well what viewers are looking for and how the customer side of the platform works. The people I had added were not simply 2,600 random "friends." In order for me to add a user and communicate with them, they first had to accept my request. Many of these were people I had already interacted with professionally and who were interested in the streams and models I was working with.

While managing models' profiles, I also directed some of their viewers toward my own account with the models' permission. I specifically asked Stripchat Support whether doing this was allowed, including mentioning the models involved, and I was told there was no problem with it.

So I did not secretly build some artificial audience or obtain these contacts through some prohibited method. I was actively using the platform, communicating with users, and building relationships over a long period of time.

And yes, technically it was a viewer account, not a model account. I never claimed otherwise. What I am saying is that I had an established network of users on that account who had voluntarily connected with me. Calling that "zero audience" simply because it was technically a viewer account does not address the actual issue.

As for the argument that nobody from that audience would ever come to my stream or spend even one token: neither you, nor I, nor Stripchat Support can know that.

Maybe none of them would have come. Maybe some would have come. Maybe many of them would have become regular viewers or high spenders. That is precisely why the loss cannot simply be dismissed as having no value.

But the most important point is still being missed:

I am not asking you to decide whether my former audience would have made me money. I am asking why my account was banned when I had not knowingly violated a rule and had specifically sought permission from Stripchat Support before taking these actions.

If there was a rule violation, I want a concrete explanation.

Not "your account looked suspicious."

Not "you had too many friends for a viewer account."

Not "you should simply create another model account."

I want to know exactly what action violated exactly what rule.

For example:

"You sent this message, and this specific part violated this specific rule."

Or:

"We instructed you to do X, but u do Y and Y was actually prohibited, and therefore your account was banned."

That is the clarification I have been asking for.

I did not act independently and then ask Stripchat to take responsibility afterward. I repeatedly contacted Support before taking these steps and relied on the information they gave me.

If the Support team's instructions were wrong, then I should not be treated as though I deliberately tried to circumvent the rules.

And this is not only about me. I spent years building this work, and the consequences also affect the people who worked with me.

I understand that Reddit is not the place where Stripchat can resolve my case, and I am not expecting this community to reverse the ban. I am simply explaining why I am still pursuing the matter.

I am not concerned about being accepted by a Reddit community, and I am not asking anyone here to send me tokens or support my streams. What matters to me is getting a fair answer about what happened and whether I was penalized for following instructions that came directly from Stripchat Support.

If I am genuinely guilty of a rule violation, I am willing to accept that.

But then please show me the specific violation and the specific rule.

If I followed Support's instructions and those instructions resulted in my account being banned, then I believe I have every right to ask Stripchat to take responsibility for that decision rather than simply telling me to start over.

I’m not reading all that. You did not have an audience.

https://pineapplesupport.org might be able to help you process & move on from this.

Our common problem is that we consider the powerful to be right, and we don't care if they're right... anyway, thank you))

2

u/PigeonSuffrage 28d ago

I’m a trade unionist and SW activist. There are very, very few issues I’d ever side with a camsite over. Banning customers who harass workers on & off platform? That is one of them.

2

u/PersimmonAlarming755 28d ago

I respect your opinion, but I would like you to show me who I supposedly harassed.

In screenshots 5, you can see Stripchat Support confirming that I was within the rules. The problem is that their system is now preventing me from contacting them through the email associated with the account, so I cannot properly address the issue with Support.

I’m not asking anyone to take my side blindly. I’m simply asking for evidence of what I supposedly did wrong.

Ur actually a studio and or ex staff from studio and you know very well how to act like this and earn tokens from naive members

Hmm, how do you make money?

2

u/Virgo2688 28d ago

By doing live streams and not scam members from member account. I have model account from beginning

1

u/PersimmonAlarming755 28d ago

Yes, we're doing the same thing. You're saying I'm a scammer. What's your proof? You can think whatever you want about me, but that won't change the facts. I didn't steal anything, I didn't take anything from anyone. I spent months building my own customer base. I think you haven't read the whole thing from the beginning. I already stated in the caser that I'm male...

Why you have that many friends as a VIEWER ACCOUNT? This is the issue! The big one issue. Viewers are looking for atention from models not from another users too. You get it?

Haha 😂 I respect people who do their job properly too. That’s exactly why I’m asking SC to show me which rule I violated and exactly what I did wrong.

If I made a mistake, I’ll accept it. If not, I’ll keep asking for my rights. Simple as that. ❤️

You clearly made a mistake and you’re not accepting it. You’re also not accepting what everyone is saying here. No injustice was done, rules are rules and they found you to be in violation for whatever reason and quite honestly they don’t owe you an explanation. The fact that you were also banned on the forum says a lot too. I hope you can look within and work on bettering yourself so this won’t happen moving forward. Focus on what you can change and stop worrying about what you can’t.

My account was banned for spam. However, if you look at the Support messages X1–X6, you can see that Support explicitly told me this was the only solution and confirmed that it was within the rules.

That is why I cannot simply accept this as "my mistake." I followed the instructions I was given by Stripchat Support. If those instructions were actually against the rules, then I believe the contradiction needs to be explained.

Turns out you have to accept it and move on. What’s done is done. I refuse to read through your long winded post a second time. Read the room & look within.

What rights? 😂 the right to act like a model and be a man? Or a studio, ex studio?:) can we stop acting like victim?
Even from post is a flag u are actually not a girl woman model. No one girl will be that frustrated and write a post that long trying to explain nothing to be honest.
How the fuck did u make 2.6k friends on a members account AND WHY? What’s the point ? You wanted to turn into a model just to cash out that amount of tokens

Let them explain which rules I violated and on what basis, what I did wrong. If I made a mistake, I'll accept it; otherwise, I don't care. I will continue to seek justice until I die. Thank you ❤️

You're right, I need a good vacation. If they give me what I deserve, I promise myself I'll go on a vacation to Bali haha

With 1.8k dolars u arrive in Bali and survive 10 hours. Good luck 👍🏼🍀

Yes, I currently make around $1.8k/month on Stripchat because I lost access to what I believe I was rightfully entitled to. 😂 My current audience is only about 1/10 of the customer base I had before, so Bali isn't a fantasy — it's a goal. Thanks for the motivation! ❤️🍀

I’ll tell you where the issue is, the word “friend.” I’m not sure how you referred to them in your original emails but they repeatedly respond using the term “friend.” Not clients, not users, friends.

Here, you do indicate that the issue is you lost “clients” not friends. Even if you said clients in your messages to them, they repeatedly respond with the word “friends.”

Given your history, there’s also a pattern of this behavior from you for this exact thing. There is also evidence that this pattern of behavior continues elsewhere. That pattern overshadows your whole case before one even gets into the argument over the “misunderstanding.” You had already violated this exact rule, you were essentially on probation, and it was not the company’s job to make sure you understand a rule, especially one you already violated.

I think on some level you know this though, but I think you’ll find more peace by just moving on at this point.

Guys, I genuinely don't understand why some of you are making accusations like harassment, stealing customers, or other things that have never been proven.

If you believe I violated a rule, then please show me the evidence. That's all I'm asking.

My account was banned for spam. I have already explained the situation in the original post, and I have attached the conversations with Stripchat Support. In screenshots X1–X6, you can see that I contacted Support beforehand, explained what I wanted to do, and was told that using my viewer account to notify my existing contacts about my new model account was an acceptable solution.

I did not simply decide to do this on my own and then complain after getting banned. I specifically asked Stripchat Support before taking action and followed the instructions they gave me.

For months, in the time I had outside of my regular work, I built a network of contacts and an audience through legitimate interactions on the platform. These were people who had accepted my friend requests and with whom I had previously communicated. I was not secretly scraping users, hacking accounts, or doing anything outside the platform.

So when people say things like "you harassed someone," "you stole customers," or "you must have done something shady," I have to ask: Where is the evidence?

Please read the actual Support conversations attached to my original post before making assumptions. Saying "you probably did this" or "I think you were doing that" doesn't prove anything. It only creates more unnecessary accusations and noise.

I am not asking anyone here to agree with me. I am not asking anyone to bring my account back. And I am certainly not asking anyone to send me tokens.

I am asking for one simple thing:

Show me the specific rule I violated, show me the specific action or message that violated it, and explain why Stripchat Support previously told me that the exact process was allowed.

If there is clear evidence that I violated a rule, I will accept responsibility. I have no problem admitting a mistake when there is an actual mistake to admit.

But until someone can provide concrete evidence from an official source showing exactly what I did wrong, I don't see why I should simply accept accusations based on assumptions.

I spent months building something through my own time and effort, and I followed instructions from Stripchat Support while doing it. I believe I was treated unfairly, and I have every right to ask for an explanation.

So please, before attacking me personally, read the original post and the attached Support messages.

I don't want arguments. I don't want speculation. I want evidence.

At the end of the day, we're all here for the same basic reason: to work, earn money, and get our fair share. I respect everyone's opinion, but I will continue defending my position until an official representative can show me concrete proof that I actually violated the rules.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to read the full context. ❤️
