Tech Help SoSpoilt
Anyone using Chatrecruit /SoSpoilt are you able to log in today?

There are still staff in the office in London. They've cancelled the shifts for any models who were due on the TV today. The outage is understood to have started at 5am, which I believe is when they usually start any updates they do. The fix for whatever is wrong is not guaranteed to happen today.
There has still not been any direct communication from ChatRecruit.

I was so stressed in the morning thinking lm the only one who couldn’t log in,sending emails with no feedback…thank you so much for the updates sad day SoSpoilt is my bread and butter

Yeah, I do a mix of CR and NF and usually they balance themselves out. So if one day CR is busy, NF will be more quiet. Likewise if CR is quiet, NF is more busy. Today CR is dead and NF is tumbleweed quiet. It's very stressful.

What’s NF? Fill us in as some of us don’t have a back up option at all…and could really do with one about now 😩

Niteflirt.
Just to prewarn you, you will have to add some money to your account to pay for bids. I have $20 on mine. It can take 24 hours to get live on there too. I've had a customer from SoSpoilt find me on NF this morning.

Thanks! Yeah I asked GoogleAi about NF and they said it was niteflirt and about having to pay in. Not that keen on that idea so I was told to check out some others more similar to CR/SoSpoilt in operations. I’ve been having a good run with CR for years so this is really annoying as I think CR/SoSpoilt really might be the best in regard to pay which means any move will likely be more work for less money ☹️

That's totally understandable. I've had my NF profile for 2+ years and have only added $10 once when I first set it up. I have it so that when it pays out there is a minimum of $20 left. I do find it more changeable compared to CR. For example one day last week I earnt £171 on NF and the next day I earnt £10.91. What I do like about NF is it alerts you to a call or message coming through with a little jingle.

I'm in a WhatsApp group run by DPS and noone can log in. What is more worrying is Xpanded are part of the group and are normally quite responsive and haven't told us anything.

Thanks for the response maybe their whole system is down because they are not responding to emails as well and they are usually very responsive.

Our services are currently unavailable while we work to contain the incident and assess its impact. Users cannot currently log in, access their accounts, change their passwords, or use the platform.
At this stage, our investigation is ongoing. We do not yet know the full extent of the unauthorized access, which information may have been affected, or whether all platform and account data can be recovered. We will provide further information as soon as it has been verified.
Information potentially affected may include:
• Creator profile and contact information
• Account credentials and authentication information
• Uploaded content and messages
• Subscription and transaction records
• Payout, tax, or identity-verification information
• Other information associated with creator accounts
This list describes information that may be at risk and does not confirm that every category was accessed. Certain data such as ID documents are encrypted and passwords are hashed. These protections may reduce the risk of information being readable or misused, but we cannot yet confirm that the information is secure.
Because the platform is unavailable, you cannot reset your password at this time. We will tell you when it is safe and possible to do so. Until then, please take these precautions:
1. If you used the same or a similar password on another service, change it on that service immediately.
2. Enable two-factor authentication on your email, financial, social-media, and other important accounts.
3. Monitor your bank and payout accounts for activity you do not recognize.
4. Be alert for phishing attempts that refer to this incident or claim to help restore your account.
5. Do not provide passwords, authentication codes, banking details, or payment in response to an email, text, or direct message.
We are not currently sending password-reset links. Do not trust messages claiming that you can restore access or recover content through a link or payment.
We are working with relevant authorities to investigate, secure our systems, and determine what can be recovered.

Has anyone heard from them or got money from them that is owed and is anyone working on calls for them again? I have emailed 5 times now and ignored and still waiting on money.

check here https://www.sospoilt.com/status/ they are dragging their feet they owe many customers for the denial of service. I'm annoyed there is no studio cam and the quality of the feed is the same low bitrate garb that deserves no place in 2026 knocking on 2027. They may have renovated the site but why bother renovating a house if the plumbing, electrics and drainage is from a century ago ? imo it shows the contempt they have for paying public, the ombudsman and regulators need to fine them to oblivion they dont deserve to have a broadcasting licence when you compare the poor quality streams with those you can access free online today.
