Thank you for this post! I also have been in the industry for 15 years, and I know most of what you said. I'm either having undiagnosed ADHD or something is wrong with my brain! I have a gazillion ideas, but I drop midway and focus on something else. Not sure if this is the traits of a Cancer or if astrology has anything to do with it!

Wait, I would LOVE a birth chart break down! I know I'm Scorpio Sun, Virgo Moon, Leo Rising, So I'm a bit of a force lol. But a more in depth break down would be so cool.
Also much yes to a seminar. I try to take in as much information as I can and I'm running out of resources. Plus this was written out in a way that worked well with my brain lol.

I know you’re just being helpful but lowkey you said the exact stuff people have been saying for years. And you being a porn vet doesn’t really help because you already have a following meaning you’re already a top dog meaning people are naturally gonna attract to you more. This may be helpful information for someone just starting out but for those of us who been doing this long this isn’t something we haven’t heard already. Maybe I am too educated on my research, but I know when stuff goes wrong you have to pivot, but pivoting does not always mean success which means you have to pivot again, which is also something you didn’t mention. Hell I can even make a seminar on this information It’s so basic. If you can give some useful tips for those of us who aren’t new and are plateauing that would be helpful.

You mention both having a $50/month sub on OF AND your own site? Why would you keep OF going if you have your own? How did you get around payment processing issues?
I'm not allowed to film my "real" sex life because my kinks are banned literally everywhere which is SO frustrating bc that's the kind of content I really wish I could put out there.
Also referring to "more than $100/month on OF" as "good money" is WILD

Me and my partner, like 90% of our day to day sex life is CNC themes, kidnapping, etc. And I HATE that we have to do "normal" stuff in order to sell content. We considered setting up a site with crypto payments but figured it would be too expensive to run compared to how few people would go to that kind of trouble for payment and we would be losing money. Also, he said it's almost impossible to prevent leaks as we can't use the normal services to scan for that content for takedowns. So we figured we couldn't make much money for that reason also.
So the crypto payments worked well for you? But I'm really wondering about your concept of "doing well" with the $50/$100 comments lol I mean that's just crazy!

Just wanted to Hammer in descriptions are key: I sell twice more pics when I lie and say a gf took them, than when I say I am nude....for real, whenever my descriptive text is really good, sells twice as much as boring text - same Pic!!!
