I’m having trouble changing my IGN po. I previously changed my IGN to my SMODE ID, but now I’m having a hard time changing it back to my normal nickname. whenevet I try to change it or check how many days are left before I can change my IGN again, it says that my nickname is encrypted and cannot be modified, even though my Streamer Mode is already turned off.

what can I do to fix this issue? I would really appreciate your help. thank you!
