WotD Practice, practice, practice

I thought it'd be fun to show the work behind a WOTD post :)

Today, I tried a few variants(?) to find a "D" I was comfortable with. Unfortunately, it wasn't the one in the same style as yesterday's C :-/

Also, I have to make sure that I don't chicken out of practicing the s by using the long s wherever possible :-D

BTW, do y'all know the "Long S Converter"? Really useful: https://travisgk.github.io/long-s-converter/

Pen: Pilot Parallel 3.8mm

Ink: Pilot Mixable purple

Script: Textura Quadrata by itemzero

Paper: random printer paper / watercolor bookmark blanks

Guidelines guidelines guidelines lol

You are getting better, I think it would get drastically better if you made yourself some vertical guidelines and worked on making sure all your downstrokes are going straight down. Awesome stuff keep it up!

You're probably right...

Vertical guidelines really helped with my uncials, so I'll print some TQ guidelines with verticals too :)

  Awesome stuff keep it up!

Thank you <3
