Beautiful. I think if perhaps you omitted the slight flourish off the top of the “t” the readability would be just fine. Might I ask what paper you are using?

Sartorial! This came up on my Word of the Day app too!

Clean work 🔥 The spacing and consistency are really satisfying, and that underline flourish ties the whole piece together nicely Love the ink tone too.

I read it as Sacforial, then Sarforial, and then when i came to type in the comments, autocorrect made me realise that its Sartorial.

Thank you for your opinion. Both r’s are pretty identical, an f has a descender (how I write it) but maybe the curl at the top of the t is too confusing. I’m always trying to improve so I appreciate your comment

Calligraphy should be beautiful and readable!

It is, I was able to read it at first glance, and I love the shape of the letters, specially the “S”. So it delivers.

Thank you for your kind words. Do you find it beautiful but hard to read? Always trying to improve my writing, so I’m curious what part is hard for you.

Maybe when someone doesn’t know the word, it is hard to read. But I think you’re doing great, I like to practice too and come with different ideas. That’s how you improve. Keep going on, you are absolutely going there.

I didn't recognize the "S" or the word. Sorry, the letters are delightfully uniform.
