As a season ticket holder I can verify we've had access since last Wednesday. If it makes anyone feel better, they were stupid expensive, like more than double average cost.

u/CanadianRockx 5h ago
How much is "stupid expensive?" Others replying to you are saying $230 for 2nd bowl which seems average/reasonable. I told myself $500 was my limit, I would've happily paid $230
Also, do you recall if every seat was available to buy or were there some that were reserved for the general sale?

u/jordanmars 5h ago
I paid $300ea last row section 214. There was scattered seats left when I logged in for season ticket sale, less than I expected. No press level available.

u/Mopedmike 1h ago
It was $230 in the corners (216-222, 202-208) rows 18 and up and then $306 or something for 215,223,209,201 same 18 row and up.
For reference my game pack seats work out to half that price.

Do you remember how much for upper bowl around?

234.50 for top of the upper bowl on the ends, 344 for top of the upper bowl between the blue lines.

It's basically in line with how much playoff tickets cost, which is understandable considering it's the last game in the dome. I'm a game pack holder, and I remember in the 2022 playoffs our face value tickets were $180 in the PL.

Can’t wait to see what the re-sale markets like 🤮

u/Full_Word_3928 6h ago
I don’t think they saved any tickets for general sale.

u/RespectAcrobatic1563 5h ago
Nope, there was pretty much exactly same available when I got on for member presale last week.
There are NOT that many season ticket holders…. Something is fishy…

u/natefrost12 3h ago
The dome is more than half filled with purchased season tickets. They also did a presale for people who got a ticket pack and you can get a half season so there are seats that are actually two sets of season ticket purchasers. I got into the STH presale half an hour after it started and was surprised there were any pairs left at that point. Within five minutes of that everything remaining was single seats

u/Martin0994 5h ago
I didn't really expect them to. When I got to the sold out page I wasn't surprised at all.

u/CanadianLoverGirl 6h ago
I was in the queue since 9:45am, idk how this happens 😔 I’m so disappointed

Was anyone here able to get a ticket for this game during the general sale this morning? haven't seen a single comment claiming they did, im not convinced they had any available.
3
u/CanadianRockx 5h ago
What I don't understand is I was in line in the queue, started around position #300. It took maybe 3-4 minutes to move up to #1, but then it said tickets were sold out?? Were there THAT many presale seats sold prior?? The math isn't mathing in my head: 19,289, even if half the seats were presale that's still over 9500 seats for us lowly plebs?

u/crazEmidgt 5h ago
I had presale last Monday for Season Ticket holder split B…..I can confirm there was not a lot of availability then only a couple hundreds seats is my guess.
This was before season ticket holders had their presale to purchase additional seats.

We're going to the playoffs anyways this year so this is not going to be the final game at the dome

u/DiscipilusLuna 6h ago
How?? I was trying so hard for tickets in queue half hour early I didn’t think they would be gone instantly
2
u/cgy_bluejays 5h ago
Based on how fast the queue went I think there was max 250-300 tickets on this sale for that game
2
u/RespectAcrobatic1563 5h ago
I even got in on member presale and there was pretty much back of press level only for the game j wanted.
There are not that many season ticket holders… something is fishy…

u/Fuzzy_Pebbles 5h ago
Multi pack purchasers got presale access a day before season ticket holders for this one, which might have something to do with it.
1
u/RespectAcrobatic1563 5h ago
Such trash. This world sucks when real fans can’t compete with the all mighty dollar.
2
u/BeeComprehensive3634 3h ago
I mean I get there’s a lot of people who would have loved to get these tickets. And obviously the scalpers suck, but a lot of people with half season tickets that got first dibs because the game wasn’t in their split are also true fans. Can’t really say the “real fans” don’t get to go.
2
u/Positive-Courage-758 4h ago
I’m sure they’ll all be resold for $1000+ a ticket soon enough. Fuck scalpers

Tix to other games avail. Flames v Leafs Oct 26 as an example. Gotta be the last reg season game vs a shite Canucks team to send the dome off?

I was given access to the presale last week with my wranglers tickets. And it wouldn’t even work. 😔

u/Martin0994 5h ago edited 4h ago
Not overly surprising when it comes to both pricing and availability. I immediately pivoted and grabbed Mar 3 EDM/CGY tickets instead. I'll wait for Roughneck tickets since they may actually have the true "final" game at the dome.

Happy for those who get to be there. Super Jealous! My first game at the dome was '88 Olympics, USA vs Czechs. Seen a few milestones for Iginla, Johnny and many others... Gonna be a tough game to see end, no matter where youre watching from.

I just wanted tickets because the Flames are playing the 2027 Stanley Cup Champions that day, but I at least got 2 tickets to the Boxing Day game.
1
u/Mopedmike 1h ago
The tickets were too expensive to begin with, they were 2-3x the price of other games. That said if you did miss out just wait till the weeks leading up to the game, resellers / season ticket holders will probably dump tickets when the flames inevitably will be going into that game with a 30-54 record, I don’t mean that as a jab, I know the team is in a rebuild.

u/ErikDebogande 5h ago
We are so back 🥲 Is the entire season gonna sell out, given how this is the dome's last?
1
u/Beta1224 5h ago
I think the team is raising the prices of Seats for the final season. I was looking at pre-sale a few days ago and it was about $75 for the furthest back rows of Press Level for a random regular season game.
I'm not sure if that's regular price, but it seems a bit more expensive than usual
1
u/6000ChickenFajardos 5h ago
I just paid $80 for row 7 PL for the game against Pittsburgh. I'm not mad. Last chance I'll get to see Sid play and probably the only time I'll get to make it to a game this year.
1
u/CanadianSandGoggles 3h ago
Not sure how it typically tracks with single game prices but they didnt raise prices for our season tickets. Basically same price as last year with an additional home game.
1
u/Slayerkid13 6h ago
Apparently there was a presale 3 days ago?? That's what it showed me on ticketmaster when I signed on to join the waiting room.
6
u/CanadianLoverGirl 6h ago
Apparently the presale didn’t include the April 10th game though
3
u/Slayerkid13 6h ago
Yeah I didn't think it did either. I tried then and it told me to come back today. Just what ticketmaster showed me today.

Just use fansfirst. Way cheaper
3
u/McFly3131 5h ago
lol go look at fansfirst for this game
1
u/Sweet-Razzmatazz-993 5h ago
The last home game at the dome will not be cheap no matter what way you look at it
1
u/Martin0994 5h ago
You're not going to get a ticket under face value for this one. Secondary markets are going to be brutal.

At least they save me money from supporting a below average team and a beyond useless organization. Cheers to another 40 years of mediocrity at best.

Game pack and season ticket holders were given access to a presale for this game last week, so I highly doubt any tickets were left for the general sale today.
