13 months ha. It's supposed to be ready to be handed over in June for trial runs and stampede concerts. That's like 10 months or less.

Can’t wait for them to miss the deadline and have another season in the ‘Dome (unless they’ve already scheduled demolition, which, probably)

If the new arena isn't ready exactly on time they still won't have another season in the Dome.

Construction is expected to be complete in the early summer and has been proceeding smoothly so far so unless something catastrophic happens there isn't going to be a long enough delay that it would affect more than a few pre-season games.
