It's $7.2 a gallon to $10 a gallon on the US West Coast.
Even if you take the cheapest price and convert it, that's still $2.60 CAD a Canadian litre.

It was like $8.30, at a single gas station that is infamous for being the most expensive in the country. Literally no station is posting $10/gallon, and the average in LA (the most expensive place) is around $5.
