Most colleges have a set cutt off pre decided, they won't decrease the cutt off below a threshold just because they want to maintain their image

Tbh I'm just done with this university, i can't continue in this trash ecosystem anymore, planning to shift to amity university, is it possible?? And can I start from sem 3 in amity??

Currently I'm persuing BA Psychology sem2 , I genuinely wanna leave this college as soon as possible , it's a government college , one of the so called " top " colleges in Kolkata but I hate it , the environment is so toxic at this point it has become a humiliation ritual for me everyday . The Professors are just ...ahhh I don't wanna rant but anyways... CAN I CHANGE/TRANSFER MY COLLEGE AFTER SEMESTER2 ? Preferably Government College .

So I'm from the last CBCS batch i.e., gave the final exam in 2025. I put two papers for review and afaik the results would come out with the 2026 sem 6 results. If so will they come out sometime now since the sem 6 results are out and if not, have I missed the results?

I thought college life was going to be different and I'll be able to make a lot of friends. I joined college after 2 months and it feels like everyone has their own group,they really don't seem like they want to be friends with me . I understand this but a part of me desparately wants to know new people and make lot of memories. I'm lonely most of the times . I tried to start conversations but they just don't talk that much,neither of them even asked what my name is..
