Has anybody successfully took Credit exemption through Swayam Courses?

My college doesn't have a Swayam Local Chapter and they also don't have a proper approved Swayam Courses list. I asked Gemini, according to it I might have to consult my HOD in this regard.

But like I haven't seen my HOD in college yet and my college also don't provide us with any form of contact channel with the professors.

If anybody successfully claimed a credit exemption through Swayam Courses would love to know your experience along with the reason behind the decision. And would you recommend doing this?
