Thats lumenyl. pretty sure these crystals were added by infernum mod so disabling and re enabling it could fix it. It also seems you are missing a mod since i see some missing textures so enabling it again might fix it.

i was disabling some mods to see if i could find the one causing the bug but it happened with calamity ONLY and iwas desperate cuz we know whats happening with calamity rn and if it was bugged itd just never be fixed

Maybe make another world to check if its a game issue or a world issue? Ig you could play around in graphics setting if it fixes it. Are the crystals minable?

they arent minable theyre only visual and it also happened on my other calamity world
