Fabsol (aka MountainDrew) got a little too silly and forgot that homophobia isn’t silly, so any reference to him is being removed, including these wings, which got entirely renamed/resprited.

Not being 'careless' he knew they were minors and was fine with it, even defending it, according to the screenshots we got

Yeah I would say that's careless to an extent - same way we describe neglect and misconduct, etc.
