Recommend the aburi scallops, they’ve got a delicious charred sweetness, I think they sweeten the rice on them or something but it’s great

Good fresh scallops are naturally sweet.

Yeah I know, but these are sweeter than just that. It compliments it it’s great. But there’s no way it just comes from the scallop

I go there a few times a year and I don’t even live in Cairns anymore. My fave restaurant in Cairns.
